Andrews, The Botanists' Repository (London: T. Bensley, 1797–1814; HI call no. DQ2 A213B) and H.W. Schmidt, The Botanists' Chronicle (Chelsea, England: Frederick Bell, 1863–1865).

William Phillip Hiern (1839–1925) was a British botanist who collected speciments today stored at Cambridge University, Kew Gardens, and the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and was the secretary of the Botanical Committee of the Devonshire Association.
