This collection consists of 30 folders of administrative papers (including financial and legal documents, contracts, policies and by-laws, etc.), studies, and correspondence, three minute books (one intact book, two folders with book contents), and the contents of two binders of letters received by Dr. Wilson Popenoe upon his retirement from the EAP. The bulk of the collection (minus the binders) was donated by the Board of Trustees of the EAP on 25 August 1986, and spans the years 1941–1985. Dr. Popenoe's binders were gifted on 22 July 1996 by Dr. Simon Malo.
