Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists of 30 folders of administrative papers (including financial and legal documents, contracts, policies and by-laws, etc.), studies, and correspondence, three minute books (one intact book, two folders with book contents), and the contents of two binders of letters received by Dr. Wilson Popenoe upon his retirement from the EAP.
